Mark your calendars!  The Ontario Small Claims Court Podcast will officially launch on Tuesday, October 13, 2015!

This limited-run podcast series will deal with most aspects of an Ontario Small Claims Court matter, regardless if you are a Plaintiff or a Defendant.  Hosted by Simon M. Brown, Paralegal and principal of Simon M. Brown Paralegal Services, he will bring to you Ontario’s first podcast dedicated exclusively to the Small Claims Court.

Starting on Tuesday, October 13, and every Tuesday thereafter, we look forward to bringing you legal information on the Small Claims Court and perhaps helping you with your matter in some small way.
